We could all use a little self care these days. Leading mental health experts suggest setting aside some intentional time to look after your mind just as you would look after your body.
Below are some ways you can add some care to your day
Spend 10 minutes outside. Take note of your surroundings, breath deep and be present.
Read, write or draw for 10 minutes. Exercise your creativity.
Move your body for 10 minutes. Do some morning stretches, go for a walk or run, put on your favourite song and dance.
Make yourself a beverage and take 5 minutes to check in with a friend.
Spend 5 minutes reflecting on a few good things that happened during your day or week.
